This series will provide insights to help you bring the whole team on board to encourage an environment where everyone feels supported and has a sense of job satisfaction. This will benefit workplace culture and strengthen the bonds between people for enhanced teamwork. Learn about the Quality Improvement (QI) and Human Factors methods that help build a safety culture for both patients and veterinary teams.

The series is arranged into episodes, each one including information and multimedia to support your learning.
